| We will start preparing fresh pasta and after we will continue making the pasta and pizza topping: we will cook together the two italian dishes for excellence or, if you prefer, you can follow me while you drink an excellent local wine. Each cooking class is unique one because it's always a pleasant occasion to recount about me, about my family, about my land's products and about traditions, about emotions that just Tuscany can give you.

10:30 a.m. Preparation of fresh pasta;
12:00 a.m. Typical Tuscan cooking class with tasting.
