The itinerary starts with a pleasant walk into the beautiful Tuscan countryside, where we will search and we will pick up one of the most flavourful products of spring: the wild asparagus; afterward we will continue in my kitchen, we will prepare together typical Tuscan traditional dishes or if you prefer, you may follow me tasting the chosen wines.
Each cooking class is unique one because it's always a pleasant occasion to recount about me, about my family, about my land's products and about traditions, about emotions that just Tuscany can give you.
From February to April: 09:30 a.m. Meeting and a little of briefing;
10:00 a.m. Pleasant walk going searching fresh and wild asparagus;
12:00 a.m. Typical Tuscan cooking class with tasting
