We will start visiting from my vegetable garden to pick up together seasonal fruits and so to decide the recipe according with available vegetables; then we will continue with a pleasant visit to local winery where we will choose wines for combine to the dishes. At last, in my kitchen, we will prepare together typical Tuscan traditional dishes or if you prefer, you may follow me while you drink a glass of chosen wines.
Each cooking class is unique one because it's always a pleasant occasion to recount about me, about my family, about my land's products and about traditions, about emotions that just Tuscany can give you.
10:00 a.m. Meeting and a little of briefing;
10:10 a.m. Visit to the vegetable garden and fresh vegetable picking;
11:00 a.m. Visit to winery to taste wines that join to day's dishes;
12:00 a.m. Typical Tuscan cooking class with tasting
